While we inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, mistakes do happen. We have managed to make returns simple for our clients. If we ship you the wrong items, we will send you a return label (Free of charge) for you to return the incorrect items. Once we receive those items back in our warehouse, we will ship you the correct items. Products must be returned unopened to get full refund or exchange. Please be aware that we can’t ship items to you unless we have receive the incorrect items.

If you ordered incorrect items, you will have to ship those items back to us (at customer expense), once those items are received in our warehouse and inspected, we will ship you the correct items. The new shipping will be subject of a new shipping charge. 

If you receive the items you ordered and you are just not satisfied with their quality or taste, you are responsible for shipping those items back to us. If you want a replacement, we may ship those once we receive the other items back. If you would like a refund, we will issue a refund for the items only. Shipping cost won't be refunded. A 10% re-stocking fee may be applied.

Closeout Items are closeout items, which means they can’t be returned for a refund. Sales on Closeout items are final.

We only accept changes referents to products. Address changes won’t be allowed.

To make changes to any order you MUST TALK with a customer service representative. Emails or Voice messages won’t be considered. Address errors may result on cancellations due to our payment methods liability insurance.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You need to call us at 1800-774-0414 to get the approval before returning any product to fulfillment center. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT APPROVAL WON’T BE REFUNDED OR SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS: 

- PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY  WRONG PRODUCT'S ORDER, SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR, REFUSAL OF PACKAGE, OR NOT AVAILABILITY FOR DELIVERY, WHICH RESULTS IN THE PACKAGE BEING RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE, WILL MAY INCUR A RESTOCKING FEE OF 10% OF THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT TO BE REDUCED FROM THE REFUND. IN THE CASES OF FREE SHIPPING AND BEST VALUE OPTION,  AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO THE DEDUCTION (IN CORRESPONDACE OF THE REAL SHIPPING COST PAID BY US).

ANY PACKAGE RESULTING IN LOSS (IN DELIVERY OR ON THE WAY TO BE RETURNED), DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR OR REFUSALS, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OUR FAULT AND NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

CANCELLATIONS

You have 30 minutes during working days (Monday-Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm) to change or cancel your order before being shipped.

Please call us at 1800-774-0414 and make sure to speak with one of our representatives. DO NOT leave a message.

Our offices are closed on weekends, if you placed an order over the weekend or outside of business hours and need to cancel your order, you must make sure to call us the next business day at 9:00am.

IMPORTANT:

  • We do not issue refunds for shipping charges. 
  • Return, Exchanges and Refunds for Missing or Damaged Products, should be requested within 30 days from purchase date.
  • *** On Refund requests of orders with Free Shipping applied, this company has the right to refuse refund of the incurred shipping fees paid by us. We will study each case and proceed with the most just and adequate action.
