National Margarita Day is celebrated every year on Feb 22
The margarita was invented in 1948 by a Dallas socialite, Margarita Sames, who dreamed up the cocktail for a party she was throwing at her Acapulco vacation home.
Margarita Recipe

Karma Reposado Tequila, smashed cucumber, pressed lime, ginger beer
Ingredients:
· 2 oz. Karma Reposado Tequila
· 1 oz. cucumber juice
· .5 oz. lime juice
· Ginger beer
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a mason jar, filling with ginger beer, over ice. Stir and garnish with a cucumber.
Mar-Kini Margarita Recipe

Easy to make; easier on the eyes.
Karma Silver Tequila, pressed lime and muddled strawberry, touch of Karma Agave Nectar, club soda.
Ingredients:
· 1.5 oz. Karma Silver Tequila
· 2 strawberries
· .75 oz. lime juice
· .5 oz. Karma Agave Nectar
· Club soda
Directions:
Muddle strawberries in a mixing tin. Add remaining ingredients, save soda, and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a double old-fashioned glass and fill with club soda. Stir and garnish with a lemon wheel and a lime twist.
Sangre Del Sol Margarita Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Karma Silver Tequila
- 1 oz. blood orange juice
- .5 oz. cinnamon-grenadine
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
El Santo Margarita Recipe
Directions:
Add Kahlua, tequila and cinnamon to a mixing tin. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Add porter to fill and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Karma Silver Tequila, Kahlua, porter beer, shaved cinnamon.
Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz. Karma Silver Tequila
- .25 oz. Kahlua
- Porter beer
- 2 Shakes Cinnamon
