You have 30 minutes during working days (Monday-Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm) to change your order after you have placed it.

To modify or cancel any order you MUST call us at 1800-774-0414 and make sure to speak with one of our representatives. Do Not just leave a message.


IMPORTANT:

- Email: Do Not Reply the email with your Order Confirmation to send us a message in reference to a cancellation.

- Phone: Do not leave a message in reference to a cancellation or change. A voice message won't be accepted to change or cancel an order.

Please note: Our offices are closed on weekends, if you placed an order over the weekend or outside of business hours and need to cancel your order, you must make sure to call us the next business day at 9:00am.

For an order cancelled after been shipped, you must get a written confirmation and it will be subject of a Return Fee. This fee will include the return label and will be calculated on base of the shipping carrier's regular prices (not the website shipping prices).


This company is not responsible for any shipment to an incorrect address, even if it was caused by a technical problem on the website.

We cannot modify shipping addresses the credit card processor rules.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EMAIL WITH THE CONFIRMATION ORDER NUMBER AND VERIFY ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Refund Policy

WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY WRONG PRODUCT'S ORDER, SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR, REFUSAL OF PACKAGE, OR NOT AVAILABILITY FOR DELIVERY, WHICH RESULTS IN THE PACKAGE BEING RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE, WILL MAY INCUR A RESTOCKING FEE OF 10% OF THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT TO BE REDUCED FROM THE REFUND. IN THE CASES OF FREE SHIPPING AND BEST VALUE OPTION, AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO THE DEDUCTION (IN CORRESPONDACE OF THE REAL SHIPPING COST PAID BY US).

To get a refund, you must get a written approval from our Customer Services Department.

All refunds will be issue 3 to 5 days after we receive the product back in our facility. The time to see the money back on your bank account it will depend on your back policies; usually takes 2 to 4 days but depending on your bank it can be longer.

In case of cancellations of orders that have not been shipped, the refunds will be made immediately we get the approval.
